Mr. Gregory Hilz, Founder / CEO
Mr. Hilz has 25 years of experience as a principal in the Technology and Real Estate Industries. He has been co-founder of several startup companies and has developed commercial real estate in Arizona, Texas and California; his personal involvement in technology includes; HCP, a technology distributor sold to a national competitor; New Age Technology, a computer network integrator, sold to EDS; PCSS / IPO, PCSS, a distributor reseller in computer parts to global communities and Total Media Technologies; a Regional CLEC whose offerings were Broadband Communications; TMT was sold to The Macerich Company, the fourth largest mall developer in the country.

Mr. Peter Lloyd, CFO
Mr. Lloyd is a seasoned professional who has led the development of a multitude of early stage companies across several industries as Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lloyd has led several complex financing rounds for early stage and growing companies from start-up to acquisition and has a background in private capital banking and venture capital. His entrepreneurial experience has led several companies including:

•	Chief Operating Officer for US Operations, Wakabayashi Fund, a Tokyo-based hedge fund involved in corporate finance for small cap companies.
•	Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Ultramercial LLC, an online rich-media advertising company.
•	Chief Executive Officer, iLOV Media, a media technology firm focused on content monetization in the transitional shift by major brand   advertisers to the online media sector.
•	Chief Financial Officer and COO of H2 Fuel Sciences, Inc., a technology and intellectual property company focused on fuel saving   emissions reduction technologies.

Board of Advisors

Mr. Michael T. Lutton
Mr. Lutton’s asset management career was tempered by his responsibility as President of Irvine Company, responsible for the development of over twenty million square feet commercial Office projects. Mr. Lutton left the Irvine Company to serve as Chairman and CEO of PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s largest property portfolio management firms ($25 Billion today). Mr. Lutton re-focused the company and reorganized the operating divisions consisting of three thousand employees in thirty-seven states representing over 110 million square feet of third party managed assets. For his efforts, Mr. Lutton was awarded Commercial Property News Real Estate Executive of the Year award. Mr. Lutton resides in Newport Beach, California and is a member of ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, The Young Presidents Organization and The UCI Chancellors Club. He is a noted author and speaker on real estate trends.

Mr. Mark T Hilz, Initially the President and CEO of InterNetwork Experts since its inception in July of 2000
Mr. Hilz was named President and COO of INXI when InterNetwork Experts merged with its parent company, I-Sector Corporation to form INXI (Nasdaq; NGM: INXI) in January of 2006. Mr. Hilz is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the company ($252M). From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Hilz served as a member of the board of directors for I-Sector Corporation. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Hilz was the Co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of PC Service Source, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed service logistics outsourcing and distribution company in the computer industry. Mark T. Hilz is the brother of Gregory P Hilz.
